It has been 105 years since F\u00e3 \u00a9 lix d’Herelle and his collaborators pioneered phage therapy in 1919 by treating children with dysentery in the Necker-Enfants Malades Hospital of Paris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 1934, Shanghai Xinya Pharmaceutical Factory launched an oral bacteriophage drug for dysentery: D.S. Phage, which has been commercialized for 90 years in China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
