to strengthen the registration and management of human organ transplant diagnosis and treatment subjects in medical institutions, and to improve the entry and exit mechanism, the NHSC formulated the Measures for the Registration and Management of Human Organ Transplant Diagnosis and Treatment Subjects in accordance with the Regulations on Donation and Transplantation of Human Organs and the
