Regulation on the Clinical Application of Human Organ Transplantation Technology
In order to standardize the clinical application of human organ transplantation technology, safeguard medical quality and safety, and protect the health of patients, based on the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Physicians and the Regulations on Human Organ Donation and Transplantation and other laws and regulations, the National Health and Health Commission has formulated the Provisions on the Administration of Clinical Application of Human Organ Transplantation Technology.

Measures for the Administration of the Registration of Human Organ Transplant Clinic Subjects
In order to strengthen the registration and management of human organ transplant diagnosis and treatment subjects in medical institutions, and to improve the entry and exit mechanism, the NHSC formulated the Measures for the Registration and Management of Human Organ Transplant Diagnosis and Treatment Subjects in accordance with the Regulations on Donation and Transplantation of Human Organs and the Regulations on the Administration of Medical Institutions and other laws and regulations.

Regulation on Human Organ Donation and Transplantation
The Regulations on Human Organ Donation and Transplantation have been adopted at the 17th executive meeting of the State Council on October 20, 2023, and are hereby promulgated and shall come into force on May 1, 2024.
