From a scientific point of view, the potential for xenotransplantation is really great. There are physiological differences between species, long-term survival of transplanted organs, and biosecurity issues, but don’t we have gene editing? One day we may be able to solve the cross-species problem and make xenotransplantation safer and more effective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When it comes to ethics, this is also a vexing question. After all, life dignity, animal rights and social justice are big issues. However, I believe that as we study the ethical issues of Xenotransplantation and as we learn more about the technology, we will find a balance that will give new life to the recipient, at the same time, it will not harm animal rights and social justice. In terms of policy, attitudes towards xenotransplantation do vary from country to country, but on the whole, people are becoming more open and tolerant. China has already done a good job in the Ethical Policy of Xenotransplantation. In the future, we will further improve the ethical review mechanism and public education to enable the healthy development of this technology. Of course, we have to understand that some people have concerns about xenotransplantation. However, with the strengthening of popular science education and the continuous improvement of technology, I believe that People’s understanding of xenotransplantation will be more and more in-depth, and the acceptance will be higher and higher.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a word, the field of xenotransplantation is full of challenges, but also full of opportunities.
